Drip is a spicy chili sauce made with imported Calabrian chili peppers and Southeast Asian chili peppers created by Chef Tony Nguyen.
Inspired by Tony's love for Italian and Asian flavors, Drip was created simply from sheer luck by combining his favorite peppers together along with other ingredients to give the sauce a nice balance of heat and umami.
In Japanese, Umami translates roughly to “Good Flavor” or “Good Taste.”
After the first batch was all gone, it took years to recreate the original recipe and we knew it was too good not to share.
